We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Claims Assistant (MCA) to join our Pharmacy Department. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working in a hospital setting, with strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and medical claims processing.🔍
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage medical/pharmacy claims accurately and efficiently
- Ensure full compliance with NHIS guidelines and hospital policies
- Work closely with pharmacists and clinical staff to validate prescriptions and claims
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and reporting
- Identify and resolve claim discrepancies promptly
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an MCA or similar role in a hospital pharmacy
- Strong understanding of NHIS claims processing
- High attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be based in or around Ablekuma Joma (or willing to commute)
