Supply Chain Executive
About the Role
The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of goods, materials, and information across the supply chain. This role ensures timely procurement, efficient inventory management, cost control, and smooth delivery of products while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Coordinate procurement of goods and services in line with company needs.
⚫ Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. - Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Track orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain supply chain reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business. Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (preferred). • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
