About the role
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketer to own how users experience our mobile app.
You’ll build and run automated, data-driven journeys across push, in-app, and email that drive activation, retention, and revenue. This is a highly hands-on role where experimentation, speed, and customer obsession matter more than perfect plans.
You’ll work closely with Product, Customer experience and Engineering to turn insights into live campaigns fast.What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end user lifecycle for our mobile app
- Build and optimize onboarding and activation flows that get users to value fast.
- Launch behavior-triggered campaigns (push, in-app, email) based on real user actions
- Drive retention and engagement with personalized messaging and smart timing
- Run monetization & reminder campaigns (upsell, cross-sell, periodic notifications etc.)
- Design and execute win-back and re-engagement flows for dormant users
- Constantly experiment and A/B test copy, timing, channels, and offers
- Dig into data to spot drop-offs, opportunities, and growth levers
- Partner closely with Product to align lifecycle messaging with feature releases
- Own lifecycle KPIs and move them week over week
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in B2C lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Strong experience with mobile-first channels (push, in-app)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or similar
- Comfortable working with product and behavioral data
- Strong copy instincts. Short, clear, and conversion-focused
- Proven ability to test, learn, and ship fast
- You genuinely care about the user experience, not just open rates
Nice to Have
- Experience in mobile apps, subscriptions, or marketplaces
- Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools
- Basic SQL or data-pulling skills
- Experience scaling lifecycle programs from early-stage to growth
