Full Service Concierge is a fast-growing startup delivering premium concierge services across Ghana. We are focused on convenience, reliability, and exceptional customer experience, and we are looking for a results-driven Business Manager to help scale our operations.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate vendors, improve internal processes, and support the growth of our concierge services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys building systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily concierge operations
- Source, onboard, and manage vendors and service partners across Ghana
- Drive marketing initiatives and social media growth strategies
- Develop, improve, and document SOPs, workflows, and operational processes
- Ensure high service quality and excellent customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated client issues and resolve service challenges
- Support staff onboarding, supervision, and performance management
- Work closely with leadership to scale services and expand operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, customer service, or a related role
- Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience working with vendors and service providers in Ghana
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
