    About the Role:
    XpressGas is seeking a proactive Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner to management, driving HR initiatives that support business objectives. The HRBP will lead employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development programs to ensure a high-performance culture across the company.


    Key Responsibilities:

    HR Business Partnering & Generalist Support

    • Collaborate with managers to identify HR needs and develop effective solutions.
    • Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and career development.
    • Support HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, and succession planning.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.

    HR Operations & Processes

    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure timely administration of HR processes.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
    • Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with relevant teams.
    • Review and enhance HR policies, processes, and procedures to drive efficiency.

    Employee Relations

    • Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related matters.
    • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary processes.
    • Promote a positive work culture and ensure adherence to company policies.

    People Reporting & HR Analytics

    • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend HR interventions.
    • Support the development of HR metrics to measure business impact.

    Employee Engagement & Culture

    • Drive initiatives that foster engagement, retention, and positive workplace culture.
    • Support HR programs related to learning, development, and recognition.

    Wellbeing & Inclusion

    • Implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
    • Support initiatives for employee wellbeing and a positive work environment.

    Learning & Development (Generalist Support)

    • Coordinate training and development programs in collaboration with managers.
    • Ensure employees have access to learning resources to enhance performance.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
    • Experience with performance management, talent development, and HR analytics.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to build strong partnerships with management and employees.
