We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support to our Managing Director (MD) and Executive Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic pharmaceutical team and play a key role in managing schedules, communications, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of documents and electronic correspondence for the MD and Executive Director.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- Ensure the MD/Executive Director’s office is tidy and well-organized at all times.
- Type correspondence and prepare documents as required.
- File and retrieve documents efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and screen visitors professionally.
- Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for the MD and Executive Director.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and conferences.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the MD or Executive Director.
Requirements
- HND or First Degree in any Social Sciences from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing skills with speed and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional customer relations skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bright, confident, and well-presented personality.
- Flexible, mature, and able to work independently.
- Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality.
