Job Overview
We are currently hiring an experienced CFO / Finance Manager (CA/CPA qualified) to join a growing organization with operations across Ghana, Kenya, and Ivory Coast. Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital
- Ensure audit readiness and full statutory compliance
- Oversee tax management and ERP systems
- Provide financial insights and strategic support to the CEO
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance
Candidate Requirements
- CA or CPA qualification (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a CFO or Senior Finance Manager
- Strong knowledge of taxation, audit, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
