About the Role
Bolt is seeking an exceptional Customer Support Operations Agent to join our growing Support team in Accra. You will support users across our ride-hailing and food delivery platforms, ensuring excellent customer experiences while helping improve internal processes and support frameworks.
This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to Bolt users via approved communication channels
- Help customers maximize their experience using Boltโs apps
- Resolve customer issues using Boltโs best practices and sound judgment
- Identify trends and contribute to improving customer support processes
- Collaborate with support teams across different Bolt markets
- Play an active role in shaping an outstanding end-to-end customer experience
Requirements & Skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive, proactive, and hard-working attitude
- Willingness to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in customer support is an advantage, but not required. We value drive, intelligence, and integrity above all.
