Position: Architect
Location: Accra, Ghana

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing construction and design team in Accra, Ghana. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality architectural and technical designs that meet project requirements and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Architectural Team to fully understand project briefs and design tasks
- Demonstrate strong understanding of structural and civil drawings
- Review and verify technical drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Modify technical drafts based on project team recommendations
- Prepare architectural and technical drawings, including 3D models at various scales and levels
- Provide on-site support and inspection when required
- Ensure all design deliverables meet professional and regulatory standards
- Coordinate designs received from external consultants
- Update drawings to reflect approved variations and change orders
- Perform additional site or office duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar architectural or construction role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software
- Proven experience producing scaled construction and technical drawings
- Ability to compile architectural plans, specifications, quantity estimates, and reports
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and architectural standards
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and costs
- Leadership and project coordination skills
- Practical experience in construction management processes and methodologies
Salary & Benefits
- GHS 6,000 – GHS 9,500 per month
