Job Summary
A reputable wine shop located in Community 11, Tema, is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will attend to customers, handle phone calls and messages, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area
- Support basic day-to-day shop operations as required
Requirements
- Basic customer service or retail experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use a mobile phone for calls and messaging
- Honest, punctual, and customer-focused
- Must be able to work Mondays to Saturdays
