As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and strengthen our people operations.
Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives. This role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, compliance, and HR systems while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business goals
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations matters and promote a positive workplace culture
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans
- Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Ghanaian labor laws and employment regulations
- Maintain and oversee accurate and confidential employee records
- Utilize HRIS systems and modern HR tools to improve efficiency and reporting
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compensation
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
