Human Resource Manager – Accra, Ghana
Location: Airport Residential Area, Accra
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Net Salary: GHS 15,000 per month + benefits
Our client, a fast-growing organization based in Airport Residential Area, Accra, is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to lead its people strategy and oversee end-to-end HR operations.
This is a strategic leadership role ideal for an HR professional who can build robust HR systems, strengthen organizational culture, and support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
As the Human Resource Manager, you will:
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent management processes
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave administration, and employee benefits
- Drive performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with the Ghana Labour Act and statutory requirements
- Advise the CEO on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR strategy
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate training, learning, and professional development programs
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong working knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization (advantageous)
