Key Responsibilities
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily F&B operations
- Supervise, schedule, and train service staff to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
- Assist with inventory management, cost control, and stock monitoring
- Handle guest feedback professionally to improve overall guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety regulations
- Step in to manage operations in the absence of the F&B Manager
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations
- Proven experience supervising or managing service teams
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and service standards
