🕒 Experience Requirements
- 8–12 years of proven experience in Logistics & Warehouse Management
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in FMCG (Food Industry) warehouses
- Mandatory experience working in African countries
- Strong understanding of regional logistics challenges and compliance standards
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations
- Manage inventory, storage, dispatch, and distribution efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse and logistics teams
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams
- Implement performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
