Job Description – Account Manager / Key Account Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow key and major client accounts while driving revenue and strengthening long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven success in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key and major client accounts to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with key decision-makers.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Salary & Compensation
- Major Account Manager: ₦500,000 per month
- Key Account Manager: ₦350,000 per month
