    Business Development Executive – Research & Consulting

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the company’s growth strategy across Africa. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

    This role requires strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of the research industry, and the ability to work across multiple markets.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision and mission
    • Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads within the research and consulting industry
    • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and new market opportunities
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic insights to strengthen market positioning
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and research solution demos
    • Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
    • Collaborate with research and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
    • Represent Infotrak at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
    • Prepare sales performance reports and revenue forecasts

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Must be a citizen of the country applied from
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development (research industry experience preferred)
    • Proven track record of revenue growth and strategic partnership development
    • Strong understanding of the market research and consulting landscape
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and well-organized
