About the Role
Firstsource is hiring GenAI Data Specialists to support the training, evaluation, and dataset development of next-generation Generative AI models. This is a remote, freelance (gig-based) opportunity ideal for professionals with skills in data annotation, content generation, AI model evaluation, coding, and multimodal workflows.
All work is conducted under strict security, confidentiality, and compliance standards, with clearly defined task requirements and payout rates communicated before each project begins.

Compensation
💰 Hourly Payout Range:

Qualification Tiers
Tier 0–1 | Entry / Support
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- 0–4 years of experience
Tier 2 | Advanced Contributor
- Master’s Degree or equivalent
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
Tier 3 | Expert / Research
- PhD or equivalent qualification
- 5–7+ years of experience
Tier 4 | Technical / Coding
- Computer Science / Engineering degree OR
- 2–3 years of professional development experience
Language Requirements
- Native or fluent in the assigned project language
- English proficiency (C1+ CEFR) required for select client-facing roles
Performance Expectations
- Meet defined quality and accuracy benchmarks
- Maintain ≥95% monthly productivity targets
- Successfully complete mandatory training and qualification assessments
