About the Role
Capital11 Hotel is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and guest-obsessed Hotel Manager to lead the overall operations of our prestigious property. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, elevating guest satisfaction, and fostering a high-performance culture across all departments.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise, proven financial acumen, and a passion for delivering world-class hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Provide inspirational leadership to department heads across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, Maintenance, and Administration.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market share targets.
- Champion the hotelβs vision, mission, and core values across all levels of the organization.
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional guest service.
Financial Performance & Revenue Management
- Oversee annual budgeting and maintain full P&L responsibility.
- Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement corrective strategies to optimize performance.
- Control operational costs, labor efficiency, and inventory while maintaining service excellence.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to develop pricing strategies, promotions, and revenue optimization plans.
Guest Experience & Quality Assurance
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards across all guest touchpoints.
- Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction scores, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Resolve escalated guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the hotel property to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal.
Hotel Operations Management
- Oversee the seamless daily operation of all hotel departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulatory requirements (health, safety, and labor).
- Implement, monitor, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service partners.
Team Leadership & Human Resources
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate department heads and team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth and career development.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelorβs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum of 5β7 years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience.
- At least 3 years in an Assistant Hotel Manager or Hotel Manager role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong financial management and P&L ownership experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of hotel operations across all departments.
- Proficiency in revenue management and hotel systems (PMS, POS, CRM).
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis-management abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and ownership.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with branded hotel systems (e.g., Marriott, Hilton) or luxury/convention hotel environments.
- Pre-opening hotel experience is an advantage.
- Multilingual communication skills.
