    Location: Takoradi, Ghana
    Department: Human Resources
    Reports To: HR Manager
    Employment Type: Full-time | On-site / Field-Based

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a high-output, street-smart Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in factory and industrial recruitment. This role is fully hands-on and field-based, focused on high-volume hiring of factory hands, artisans, and semi-skilled workers. The ideal candidate has strong community networks, understands Ghana’s factory manpower dynamics, and thrives in fast-paced recruitment environments.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute high-volume recruitment for factory hands, artisans, and operational staff
    • Conduct bulk screening, interviews, shortlisting, and deployment coordination
    • Support recruitment for skilled and technical roles when required
    • Organize and lead field recruitment drives in targeted communities
    • Engage community leaders and local networks to source qualified candidates
    • Represent the company during recruitment activations, walk-ins, and outreach programs
    • Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and daily hiring reports
    • Support onboarding documentation and ensure candidates meet joining requirements
    • Update recruitment data in real time and support HR recruitment processes
    • Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, ethics, and company policies

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within:
      • Manufacturing
      • Industrial or factory recruitment
      • Outsourcing or manpower supply firms
    • Strong understanding of factory workforce and labor dynamics in Ghana
    • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Good communication skills in English (local language proficiency is a strong advantage)
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
