Abapragmatic Company Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join its growing operations in Takoradi. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in the Beverage or FMCG sector and proven leadership capabilities.
The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving regional sales growth, managing sales operations, leading the sales team, and strengthening market presence. The successful candidate will contribute directly to the company’s strategic growth objectives through effective sales planning, execution, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets
- Lead, motivate, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships

Requirements & Qualifications
