Job Title: Stock Controller
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
- Allocate stock based on sales forecasts and depot requirements
- Conduct routine physical stock counts and system reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly stock status reports
- Analyze stock movement trends and identify potential risks
- Maintain accurate data using Excel and internal systems
- Support warehouse planning and replenishment decisions
Operations & Customer Support
- Coordinate stock distribution to support retail targets
- Assist in handling product-related customer concerns
- Manage in-warranty repairs and replacements where required
- Ensure transparency in all stock transactions and movements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or retail logistics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Ability to reconcile stock records with high accuracy
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service or retail operations is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
