Ahabamono Impact is seeking a proactive and mission-driven Operating Officer (Part-Time) to support operational excellence, project coordination, and organizational growth.

Job Title: Operating Officer
Contract Type: Part-time Independent Contractor
Initial Contract: 3 months (renewable based on performance)
Commitment: Up to 14 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Coordination
- Oversee and support day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinate implementation of renewable energy projects
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements are met
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain collaborations with partners and stakeholders
- Support grant development and donor compliance activities
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external contributors
Organizational Support
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking
- Contribute to systems improvement and workflow optimization
- Support leadership with administrative and strategic priorities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Development Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting operations or project management in NGOs, social enterprises, or development-focused organizations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within remote teams
- Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or social impact initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
