Kasapreko Company Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Brands Manager to strengthen its marketing and brand portfolio.
In this role, you will lead consumer-driven strategies that enhance brand equity, increase market share, and drive sales performance across assigned product categories. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute impactful marketing initiatives and ensure strong brand positioning in the competitive FMCG landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned brand categories
- Monitor brand performance and take corrective actions where necessary
- Translate brand strategies into clear positioning and go-to-market plans
- Drive initiatives that strengthen brand health, sales, and market share
Campaign & Agency Management
- Collaborate with ATL agencies to deliver impactful advertising campaigns
- Ensure all communications align with brand identity and guidelines
- Work with BTL partners to execute engaging consumer promotions
- Coordinate with the sales team on point-of-sale activation programs
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Conduct market research to assess brand health and growth opportunities
- Track consumer trends, competitor activities, and new segments
- Provide actionable insights to guide marketing decisions
Budget & Process Management
- Manage advertising and promotions budgets efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping systems
- Champion safety standards across marketing activities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Professional certification (CIM or MBA – Marketing option) is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years experience in brand management or FMCG marketing
- At least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience working with media, advertising, or creative agencies
- Exposure to the FMCG industry is highly desirable
