Blockchain.com is looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Business and Customer Operations Lead to support operational growth and customer engagement in Ghana.

Job Details
Job Title: Business and Customer Operations Lead
Contract Type: Full-time Employment
Work Commitment: Full-time schedule with flexibility to coordinate with global teams
Office Requirement: 4 days per week on-site in Ghana office
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance bonus

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee company operations under Ghana’s VASP regulatory framework
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry requirements
- Support strategic execution alongside regional leadership
Customer Growth & Engagement
- Develop and implement customer engagement and acquisition strategies
- Manage relationships with high-value customers to improve retention and loyalty
- Analyze customer insights to identify opportunities for revenue and market growth
Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, payment partners, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and community teams on local initiatives
- Engage with industry participants and the Ghanaian crypto ecosystem
Business Development & Strategy
- Help shape operational strategy and execution plans
- Support product-market fit initiatives and new service development
- Lead projects assigned by the General Manager, Africa
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Interest in digital assets and regulated financial markets
- Experience leading operations, account management, or business development in Ghana
- Proven ability to manage and scale teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to solve complex operational problems creatively
