Job Summary
3M&C Ghana Ltd. seeks to hire a Customer Service Representative who can deliver excellent service to clients by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves effective communication, accurate record-keeping, and supporting daily operations to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers professionally, both in person and via phone, email, or messaging platforms
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about services, products, policies, and procedures
Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain and update customer records and service logs
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved, and satisfaction is achieved
Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field
2 years of experience in a customer service, front desk, or call centre role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, customer management systems)
Good time management and organisational skills
