We are currently seeking a competent and detail-oriented R&D cum Quality Control Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will support research & development and quality control activities for our Home & Personal Care products, including liquid and powder formulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out formulation, reformulation, and product improvement for liquid and powder products
• Conduct routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Ensure products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and laboratory records
• Support troubleshooting of quality and production-related issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and laboratory best practices
Requirements
• B.Sc./HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field
• Proven experience in R&D and/or Quality Control within Home & Personal Care or FMCG environment
• Hands-on knowledge of liquid and powder formulations
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Candidate must be resident in or willing to work in Agbara
