A Reputable Pharma Production & Distribution Company is seeking to engage the services of A Wholesale Branch Manager
*Role Description*
This is a full-time role for a Wholesale Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the visual merchandising of the shop. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to manage a team and maintain a positive team culture
Strong sales skills and experience developing effective sales strategies
Customer satisfaction-focused mindset with the ability to provide product recommendations and educate customers on product features and benefits
Experience in inventory management and stock control
Analytical mind, with the ability to utilize data to drive sales growth
Exposure to the Pharmaceutical/health industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing , Finance or relevant field
