Sales Executive (Healthcare)
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive (Healthcare) to support our growth within the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and promoting healthcare services to a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Research the market to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs
- Plan and conduct regular visits and calls to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and HMOs
- Present and demonstrate services at clinical meetings, trade shows, industry events, and client locations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Follow up consistently with healthcare partners to ensure engagement and retention
- Drive client acquisition while maintaining existing accounts
- Conduct market analysis and gather intelligence to support sales strategies and partnerships
- Identify, attend, and promote services at relevant healthcare events and platforms
- Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation and hosting Twitter/X Spaces on relevant topics
- Grow brand awareness and increase followership across all social media channels
- Carry out other related duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Healthcare Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales within the healthcare industry, learning & development, or innovation-driven environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset with a continuous focus on improving processes and business performance
