Job Title: Electrician- Plastic Industry

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our technical team in Ikeja. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the plastics manufacturing sector, specifically working with Injection Molding, Blow Molding, or Extrusion machines. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex electrical faults, and executing installations.
Key Responsibilities
• Machine Maintenance: Perform routine electrical maintenance on plastic processing machinery (Extruders, Injection machines, Chillers, and Blow Molding units).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, including issues with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), AC/DC drives, motors, and sensors.
• Control Systems: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, circuit diagrams, and ladder logic to identify and fix system failures.
• Heating & Calibration: Maintain and calibrate heating elements, thermocouples, and temperature controllers critical to plastic production.
• Power Distribution: Manage the factory’s power distribution boards, ensuring stable voltage and load balancing to prevent equipment damage.
Requirements & Qualification
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an electrician strictly within a Plastic Manufacturing environment.
• Education: OND/HND in Electrical Engineering or Trade Test I, II, & III.
