Sales and Marketing Lead
Our client is a growing travel and tours company offering curated trips, travel packages, and
unforgettable experiences. We’re looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Lead to drive
bookings, strengthen our brand, and lead customer acquisition across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings and revenue
● Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, ads, email, SEO)
● Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and corporate accounts
● Lead sales outreach, follow-ups, and conversion activities
● Create compelling marketing content for tours and travel packages
● Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results
● Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth delivery of travel services
● Represent the client at events, exhibitions, and partnership meetings
Requirements
● Experience in sales and marketing (travel or hospitality industry is a plus)
● Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-relationship skills
● Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems
● Ability to create engaging content and manage social media
