Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients to drive property sales
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process
Negotiate property sales and contracts to achieve favorable terms for clients
Coordinate and participate in property inspections to showcase listings to prospective buyers
Generate leads, follow up, and maintain relationships with prospects
Participate in training sessions and industry conferences to stay informed on market trends and property values
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry
Digital marketing, negotiation, and excellent communication skills
Self-driven and highly motivated
