🚨 We’re Hiring: Operations Manager (Nationwide)
Pan African Towers Limited (PAT) is Nigeria’s largest indigenous telecom tower infrastructure company, proudly “The New Face of Connectivity in Africa.”
We are seeking experienced Operations Managers to oversee and optimize end-to-end site operations across assigned clusters/regions. These roles are critical to ensuring high network availability, operational efficiency, and effective stakeholder management in line with PAT’s service excellence standards.
What You’ll Do
Manage real-time fault resolution in coordination with the NOC to minimize MTTR.
Ensure ≥99.8% power uptime across assigned sites.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on major faults and implement preventive action plans.
Represent PAT for all operational, project, landlord, and community engagements within the region.
Oversee site construction, upgrades (civil and power), and compliance with specifications.
Drive OPEX optimization initiatives, including grid expansion and fuel consumption reduction.
Manage diesel supply, reporting, and consumption to minimize shrinkage.
Coordinate vendors to ensure SLA compliance for PPM, security, and janitorial services.
Manage inventory and ensure accountability for site assets and RMS hardware.
What You’ll Need
HND/B.Eng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or BSc/MSc in Physics.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in power infrastructure or telecom operations.
Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 with clear reporting and presentation ability.
