A reputable roofing systems company is seeking a Receptionist / Front Desk Officer who will also support after-sales customer service. This role is ideal for a professional who is organised, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and phone inquiries
- Manage front desk operations professionally and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
- Coordinate customer feedback and follow up on service requests
- Support internal teams with administrative and documentation tasks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a positive customer experience at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or front desk roles
- Experience within construction, roofing, manufacturing, or related industries is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and excellent customer-handling skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
