Job Summary
To oversee, coordinate, and optimize the entire operational engine of Oceansmall
from sourcing and production to cold-chain logistics, retail (Tenda Protein), B2B fulfillment, and digital operations (Pinwheel). The role ensures that all departments collaborate smoothly to meet revenue, quality, and efficiency targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business
Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years in operations leadership.
• Strong people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and execute with urgency.
