About the Role:
XpressGas is seeking a proactive Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner to management, driving HR initiatives that support business objectives. The HRBP will lead employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development programs to ensure a high-performance culture across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering & Generalist Support
- Collaborate with managers to identify HR needs and develop effective solutions.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and career development.
- Support HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.
HR Operations & Processes
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure timely administration of HR processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Review and enhance HR policies, processes, and procedures to drive efficiency.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary processes.
- Promote a positive work culture and ensure adherence to company policies.
People Reporting & HR Analytics
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend HR interventions.
- Support the development of HR metrics to measure business impact.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive initiatives that foster engagement, retention, and positive workplace culture.
- Support HR programs related to learning, development, and recognition.
Wellbeing & Inclusion
- Implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Support initiatives for employee wellbeing and a positive work environment.
Learning & Development (Generalist Support)
- Coordinate training and development programs in collaboration with managers.
- Ensure employees have access to learning resources to enhance performance.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Experience with performance management, talent development, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong partnerships with management and employees.
