About the Role:
TokenXBox is seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to manage and oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and supply of goods and services for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and cost optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities and processes to ensure timely supply of goods and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred residency: Madina, East Legon, Adenta, or Lapaz.
