Job Overview
iSel Media is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to lead and grow senior-level client relationships while overseeing account operations across multiple projects. This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced marketing or advertising agency environment.
As a Senior Accounts Manager, you will manage complex, high-value accounts, mentor junior account team members, and ensure the successful delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that meet client goals and agency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage senior-level client relationships and overall account performance
- Lead account planning, campaign coordination, and delivery across multiple clients
- Supervise, coach, and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client and internal issues
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and project teams to ensure briefs are clear and deliverables meet expectations
- Oversee project scopes, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery
- Review client presentations, reports, and proposals before submission
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business development initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or post-degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, CIM/Chartered Institute of Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in an advertising, marketing, or digital agency environment
- Proven experience managing complex or high-value client accounts
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within an agency setting
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of advertising strategy, integrated campaigns, and digital marketing
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
