We are currently hiring a dynamic and experienced Finance & Accounts Professional for one of our esteemed clients in the FMCG manufacturing sector. This is a senior-level opportunity for a Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in plant finance, costing, compliance, and financial reporting, and prior working experience in Africa.

✔ Mandatory experience in manufacturing industries (FMCG preferred)
✔ Prior working experience in Africa is mandatory
Qualification
🎓 Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee plant finance & accounts operations
- Manage costing, budgeting, and financial controls
- Ensure statutory, regulatory, and tax compliance
- Handle audits, taxation, and financial reporting
- Prepare and present MIS, financial analysis, and management reports
- Support leadership with strategic financial insights and decision-making
- Maintain strong internal controls and governance frameworks
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance & costing
- Expertise in plant accounting and compliance
- Experience handling audits and taxation
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to work in multi-cultural and African business environments
