Sankofa Natural Spices, a fast-growing FMCG brand, is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Supervisor to oversee and expand sales operations in the Northern Sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening distribution networks, and ensuring consistent product availability across all trade channels.
This role is ideal for an experienced FMCG sales professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for building high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team across the Northern sector
- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Ensure optimal product availability and visibility in all trade outlets
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable market insights
- Support brand growth initiatives and route-to-market execution
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales within the FMCG industry
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a competitive market
