Job Summary
Our client is currently recruiting an experienced Inventory Analyst to join their team in Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, tracking stock movement, and preparing inventory reports to support efficient operations and cost control across the business.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in inventory management, stock control, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Track stock movement and identify variances or discrepancies
- Prepare accurate inventory and stock reports for management decision-making
- Support cost control initiatives through effective inventory planning
- Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND or Bachelorβs Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2β4 years relevant work experience in inventory or stock control
- Strong knowledge of inventory analysis and stock management processes
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
