Job Overview
GIRSAL Limited is seeking a diligent, self-motivated, and highly professional Legal Officer to support the daily operations of its Legal Unit. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure legal compliance, sound documentation, and effective legal support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Legal Unit
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts
- Provide legal advice to internal departments and management
- Liaise with external legal partners, regulators, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Assist in dispute resolution and risk management activities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified lawyer called to the Ghana Bar
- Minimum of two (2) years post-call experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
