Sales Executive – Nails & Binding Wire
Location: Prampram, Greater Accra

We are urgently seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with dedicated and proven experience in selling nails and binding wires within the construction and hardware market.
This role is ideal for a field-focused sales professional who already has an established customer base and strong market knowledge in nails, binding wires, and related building materials.
Important: Only candidates with direct market experience in nails and binding wire sales will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell nails and binding wire products to retail and wholesale customers
- Develop and manage relationships with hardware shops, building contractors, steel fabricators, and construction companies
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports (leads, visits, orders, closures)
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to refine sales strategies
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth delivery and payment follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of field sales experience, with at least 2 years in hardware, construction, or building materials
- Strong hands-on knowledge of nails and binding wires (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and perform under sales pressure
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities
- Basic computer skills, including Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication
- Must reside in Prampram or nearby areas
