Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end production process within our garment manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production planning, timely order completion, inventory control, and strict adherence to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of garment construction, and hands-on experience in apparel production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery of orders
- Manage and supervise the production team to achieve performance and quality targets
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production workflows and output
- Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process
- Monitor and manage raw material usage and inventory levels
- Identify production issues and implement timely corrective actions
- Collaborate with management to improve production efficiency and cost control
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive manufacturing environment
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production supervisor or similar role within the fashion or garment industry
- Strong understanding of garment construction techniques, sewing methods, and fabric types
- In-depth knowledge of quality control standards in apparel manufacturing
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
