About the Role
Nilee Consult is recruiting its next pool of Field Data Collection Officers to support ongoing and upcoming market research and customer experience projects across Ghana.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the art of professional data collection, contribute to real-world business insights for leading corporate brands, and work alongside a team of experienced research professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field, phone, and online data collection assignments
- Observe, document, and report customer experiences accurately
- Follow research guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
- Submit completed assignments within agreed timelines
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all assignments
- Collaborate with research supervisors and project teams as required
Key Competencies Required
- Strong attention to detail
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent observation and analytical skills
- Strong objectivity and critical thinking
- Professional communication etiquette
- Reliable time management and prompt delivery
- Computer literacy (basic digital tools and reporting)
Eligibility Criteria
- Aged between 21 – 40 years
- Must be based in Ghana
- Willingness to travel within Ghana for assignments
- Minimum education: HND or First Degree in any discipline
- Ability to complete screening, training, and test assignments
- Willingness to sign an NDA and comply with confidentiality requirements
