Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee project execution from initiation to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements
- Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders
- Ensure efficient use of resources and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in project management (construction or real estate preferred)
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- PMP or similar certification is an added advantage
