Job Overview
We are hiring a Product Designer (UI/UX) to design, refine, and scale innovative fintech products that enable seamless payments and exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for a creative, user-focused designer who thrives in cross-functional teams and enjoys solving complex product challenges.
You will own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to high-fidelity design and product launch, working closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate product ideas, business requirements, and user needs into intuitive, user-centred designs
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Own the full design lifecycle from discovery, ideation, and validation to delivery
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on insights and data
- Maintain consistency across design systems and product experiences
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Support product launches with polished, production-ready designs
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Designer (UI/UX)
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience designing fintech or payment products is an advantage
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
