WeGoo is a fast-growing logistics and same-day delivery company expanding its B2B and merchant delivery operations across Accra. We partner with high-volume businesses to provide reliable, efficient delivery solutions that help them scale.
As part of our growth, we are seeking a driven Female Sales Associate based in Haatso, Accra, to support merchant acquisition, onboarding, and long-term retention.
Role Overview
The Female Sales Associate will play a key role in growing WeGoo’s B2B merchant base. You will be responsible for identifying, converting, and onboarding high-volume merchants, while working closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth and successful go-live experience.
This role combines phone sales, WhatsApp follow-ups, and field visits, and is ideal for a target-driven professional who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard B2B merchants (e-commerce, retail, FMCG, and related sectors)
- Convert high-volume B2C merchants into long-term B2B accounts
- Conduct daily outbound calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and scheduled field visits
- Qualify merchants based on minimum daily order volume and business potential
- Support SLA signing and complete onboarding documentation
- Collaborate with operations to ensure merchants go live quickly and efficiently
- Track merchant performance and proactively reduce churn
- Maintain accurate sales and onboarding records
Requirements & Qualifications
- Female candidate currently based in Accra
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in phone sales, follow-ups, and in-person visits
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Ability to build trust and persuade business owners
- Prior sales experience is an advantage, especially in:
- Logistics
- Fintech
- Telecommunications
- FMCG
- E-commerce
