    📢 Job Vacancy: Human Resource Manager

    Christie Brown, a leading fashion and luxury retail brand, is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resource Manager to oversee and drive all HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping people strategy, strengthening company culture, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices.


    🔑 Key Responsibilities

    1. HR Strategy and Planning

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
    • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities, trends, and workforce needs
    • Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management

    2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
    • Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and industry networks to attract top talent

    3. Performance Management and Development

    • Design and implement performance management systems including goal setting and appraisals
    • Support managers with performance improvement, coaching, and employee development plans
    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs

    4. Employee Relations and Engagement

    • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to employees and management
    • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
    • Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and manage conflict resolution in line with labor laws

    5. Compensation and Benefits

    • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity
    • Conduct salary reviews, benchmarking, and market analysis
    • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to reward systems

    6. HR Operations and Compliance

    • Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and record keeping
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements
    • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines

    🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Master’s degree is an added advantage
    • Professional HR certification is an advantage
    • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury retail industry
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
    • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Proficiency in HR systems and HR-related software
