Job Summary
We are seeking a high-output, street-smart Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in factory and industrial recruitment. This role is fully hands-on and field-based, focused on high-volume hiring of factory hands, artisans, and semi-skilled workers. The ideal candidate has strong community networks, understands Ghana’s factory manpower dynamics, and thrives in fast-paced recruitment environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment for factory hands, artisans, and operational staff
- Conduct bulk screening, interviews, shortlisting, and deployment coordination
- Support recruitment for skilled and technical roles when required
- Organize and lead field recruitment drives in targeted communities
- Engage community leaders and local networks to source qualified candidates
- Represent the company during recruitment activations, walk-ins, and outreach programs
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and daily hiring reports
- Support onboarding documentation and ensure candidates meet joining requirements
- Update recruitment data in real time and support HR recruitment processes
- Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, ethics, and company policies
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within:
- Manufacturing
- Industrial or factory recruitment
- Outsourcing or manpower supply firms
- Strong understanding of factory workforce and labor dynamics in Ghana
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (local language proficiency is a strong advantage)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
