The HR Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and staff welfare, overseeing training and performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to supporting organizational growth through effective people management.
π οΈ Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures
- Manage staff recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes
- Coordinate staff training and professional development programs
- Handle employee discipline and ensure compliance with company policies
- Conduct staff performance appraisals and evaluations
- Manage employee welfare, labor relations, and workplace issues
- Oversee staff leave management and HR-related secretarial duties
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, half-year, and annual HR & Admin reports
π Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelorβs Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience as an HR Practitioner
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, committed, and results-oriented
- Willingness to work on a contract basis, with renewal subject to satisfactory performance
